There is a five-part screening process to verify your Identity, Income, Credit, Criminal and Evictions or Judgments. We do allow pets with a $300 pet deposit. Pets cannot exceed 30 lbs full grown. This is a smoke free complex.

Pictures doesn't do it justice

I have recently moved into the 1bd apartment. The process was smooth and easy. The property manager was there for any question I had. The complex is very secure and it even has an elevator. My unit is right near the exit so it's very easy to transport groceries and furniture. The building is quiet but you can hear your neighbors when you are in the hallway.
