Very Pleased with the Apartment, Property and Staff

My move-in was very smooth. The asst. property manager was extremely helpful and had answers to all of my questions. The property is very well maintained with landscape maintenance and the club house is a great asset. After living there for almost 2 months - I am very happy with my decision to live at The Windward on the River. I would recommend to my family and friends.

My Tour 10/27/23

I drove to the apartment complex from NJ with no appt for a tour and Shaneice though busy was welcoming and attentive and fit me in for a tour. The property is beautiful and the model apt as well just what I am looking for. Hoping to make this my new home soon.

Great but…

The apartments are beautiful and I am very happy with my living space and the fact I never hear any noise from my neighbors. However, management should make a better effort. Clubhouse, fitness room, stairwells, and sidewalks are always filthy and really take away from how nice the neighborhood is. Wish we could see an improvement on that part.

Tour Review

I had an amazing experience with my tour. The staff went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The amenities are beautiful and I love the architecture of the buildings.I hope I become a resident as it is a lovely complex.
