Overall we dont have too much maintenance issues with the apartment, the lease office members can be hard to reach when you call so you have to go there if you want to deal with something, the tenants are real closed off and can come off as unfriendly at times.

I have been enjoying my new move at The Vinings at Christiana. Overall I was please with my complete move in process. I have been keeping an open mind that this move was during a pandemic and normal care for the complex may be taking some toll on the upkeep. I hope that process goes back to normal because for such a great place the exterior and some of the dated apartments doesnt give it the feel it should have.

Our apartment was in really good condition on move in other then a few very minor issues. The buildings are new and have full fire suppression which is a really good feature that helps me sleep at night.

Over the years the service here has gotten worse, the apartment is falling apart and things are not being fixed properly.
