    Don’t do it

    There is no amenities
    No pool
    No park
    Random people walking up and down the complex from the stores
    They take FOREVER to fix anything
    No storage
    Closets are small
    Carpets are cheap
    Garbage disposal breaks all the time
    The price goes up every year.
    Trash all over the front of the apartments
