Random people walking up and down the complex from the stores
They take FOREVER to fix anything
No storage
Closets are small
Carpets are cheap
Garbage disposal breaks all the time
The price goes up every year.

I've lived in Christina apartments for 2 years and I'm so in love with the property, the units are beautiful. Also everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and it's a very peaceful community to say the least. In my two years I've only ever had 1 small maintenance issue that the staff immediately fixed. I really appreciate everyone at the office for making me feel right at home, they are always very welcoming when I come to the office and always are interested in knowing how everything is... going. I will definitely be renewing again!
