Super friendly neighborhood, with a both quiet and lively community. Upfront genuinely sweet manager who explained everything you might need to know, and very comfortable apartments with all the necessities.

I lived in this apartment complex from 2023 to 2024. The place is safe, convenient, quiet and peaceful. It is immediately outside the downtown area. Residents are friendly. I love this place, thus strongly recommending this place.
Among all apartments I have lived in this country in the past 15 years, the management team of Governor's Place is the most impressive one. Manager Christine is always warm, polite, and considerate. She is always smiling and gentle at each time when I came to see her... in the rental office. No problem can't be handled in her mind. Instead of being interested in only rental-collection and appearing "cruel" as many other managers in other properties, she demonstrates strong service spirit and appears as a member from my family. She is very impressive!
The two technicians (Daniel and Thoma) who serve in this apartment complex are very friendly and helpful. They showed always willing to help at anytime when I requested a repair. They always took my request as their first task. If not too late of the day, they always fixed the problem in the same day and left a note on my door. We always greet each other at anytime we meet in the area. Because of their hard working, professional service, and warm attitude, I felt that I was treated as a king.
Governor's Place is a great place! The management crew is the best I have even seen so far in this country. Many thanks to the the honorable team!

My girlfriend and I have called at least 6 times with no answer. Tried to show up to the office but they close at 3pm? Filled out an application and still, nothing. If this customer service level is indicative of care for residents, no thank you.
