Such a quiet and peaceful community, off the beaten path of busy freeways, etc. I love it here, and the staff has been responsive to any needs I've had to date. New fitness center machines and I can't wait until the pool opens!

Rude, the lady, Andrea Mitchell is so rude, charged us for a pool key we never got. Reported about dishwasher not working, and leaking everywhere, they decided not to do anything. Told them about dishwater retaining water and they never did anything but argue with us. Paint kept chipping and cracking and we reported, they practically ignored us. Apartments is infested with rodents as there is a hole under the dishwasher, we reported when we first moved in, and they told us that we were the... problem. Front desk lady never knows anything going on, got birds for brain. If you put a work order for maintenance, they just put on the door that they fixed it but they never did. Overall, pls don’t move here. Andrea Mitchell is very rude, always her way or no way. People leave their trash on the stairway. Mold too… Car got broken into, they never did anything even when reported to them. Honestly, yall please don’t rent here

Management controls when you have access to heat/ac. The systems are old and breakdown often. I had to buy space heaters and a portable a/c unit to ensure I had heat and a/c. Resident security is NOT a priority. May 2024 residents were told a new security system was being installed. The old system was disconnected and 6 months later the new hadn't been installed leaving the front and rear doors on the building open and unlocked. No notice is given when water is turned off for repairs, you... find out when you go to take a shower and there's no water. Carpeting in the hallways is not vacuumed on a regular basis and is filthy, as are the walls.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Most of the office staff is under/untrained and couldn't care less if you have a problem or concern.

I've lived here for 7 years. No complaints. No issues in my apartment, staff is always professional and pleasant and the property is so well maintained.

Maintenance is slow to not just respond to requests but the important and vital ones. Which is awful, especially if it has to do with water heat air conditioning ect. They don’t even come into the apartment at that. Some of the neighbors and past tenants I’ve spoken to have attested to this. My wife and I have also experienced this. I can only speak for my experiences but I suggest everyone do their due diligence and talk to neighbors and people they see on the property. You will be more glad... that you took more time to look and actually find a place that won’t stress you.
