We have friends that live in the community and are very excited to live in their new apartment!

I've lived here 3yrs and will be moving out in a couple of months. I wouldn't live here again and wouldn't recommend anyone I know to live here unless it's all they can afford. I think most people end up here because it's what they can afford. The company that owns this place knows that and all of their staff act accordingly. If it's all you can afford, then just make sure to document EVERYTHING and be prepared for disrespectful treatment from both the property manager and possibly upper... management. The only time they were ever somewhat decent towards me was when they refused to fix whatever was going on with the electricity in my apartment, and I had to threaten a suit if it wasn't properly fixed instead of just patched up like they had been doing. Properly working electricity is considered a necessity for habitability by law. If it weren't, you can bet these people wouldn't have done a thing about it. I can only assume that they would be less horrible if the clientele weren't working-class people needing a roof over their heads. If you can find something else, PLEASE choose there. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would the living conditions here are horrible! To leaks in the ceilings, birds in the hallways, homeless people in the building, no hot water and not to mention spiders, mice and roaches. Please do not even waste your time

I’ve had my car hit by a drunk driver the month i moved in 2020. My car was parked in the complex I called the leasing office to report all they told me is “ we’re not liable for any damages and we don’t have cameras “ I’ve had my car windows busted out twice while living here once again “ we have no cameras and we’re not liable for damages “ I’ve had a leak in my ceiling from a toilet above me maintenance did their best to assist me as fast as they could . They also changed from gas heat to... making you use your air conditioners “ heat “ setting which doesn’t stay hot for heat. It’s 30 degrees. If you use both your air conditioners “ heat “ settings at the same time and have any light on . Your power will go out . It’s spiders literally everywhere. The leasing office is no help. You only get 5 guest passes a month you can’t even pay for more. But they’ll rush hop skip and jump for you to pay rent for terrible living conditions. They’ll pay someone to tow your car in a heartbeat but won’t pay to install cameras. I’ve never lived like this in my life and I’m ashamed that I put myself in this apartment. Also if you want to leave I was informed you have to give a “ written 60 day notice “ when have you ever heard of that. But when I called corporate and asked they said that’s not accurate. This apartment complex is only worried about their money and that’s it . My toilet hasn’t been fixed right since we moved here , my car got vandalized here twice , and they didn’t care . Threatened us with Evection notice when we are just trying to live . I will never recommend this place . And also they have a really bad bug problem too
