WHAT A HIDDEN GEM!!!!
We are currently in our second year at The Falls and truly cannot picture ourselves anywhere else!!!! Again, what a gem!
The community is beautiful, the grounds are well-lit surrounded by nature and wildlife; like the Brandywine Creek, the Alapocas Run State Park trails, deer, Blue Heron, ducks, and geese! The buildings are immaculate and quiet, with a unique industrial design that feels both modern and historic. The buildings also provide access to Garage Parking for a very nominal monthly fee... . Which is a "must have" in bad weather! Our apartment is very spacious with high-quality finishes (top to bottom), in-unit laundry, and the near floor-to-ceiling windows and 8-pane balcony doors are a highlight. It is truly a pleasure every time we walk through the door!!
The amenities in the Community Building are amazing, providing excellent spaces to work, relax, or entertain a few friends. We also enjoy the well-equipped gym, the pool, and the scenic Riverdeck. It's something about the sound of water for me!!!!
The people here really make the difference! Rikki and Alexandria are second to none—they are both so personable and professional, making us feel like family. They do their jobs exceptionally well!!! Additionally, Bernie and Phil from the maintenance team are always prompt and respectful.
We couldn't be happier to be residents of The Falls and give it a 10/10 rating. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rikki and Alexandria for all you do!!!!!
All I can say is join our community, it is a pleasure to call this home!!!!
