Watson Ranch Apts

Watson Ranch Apartments had only one benefit which was relatively inexpensive rent but the land lords keep uping the rent. That being said the appliances are old and worn out, the lawns and balconies you can't play or do anything on due to the addendum you sign. No playground, no pool, no amenities at all.

This is a nice, clean apartment complex. It is reasonable priced, within walking distance to stores, restaurants and other convenient places. The common areas are well maintained. We are in the process of changing live in site manager so I cannot comment on how helpful the new manager and staff will be.
