Whether you're lounging in the media room or working from the dedicated office space with high-speed internet, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is managed by a trusted partner, ensuring 24-hour host support for all your needs.
Pool heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and it's recommended to inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in. The house includes a driveway for up to 3 cars and a 2-car indoor garage, with overflow parking available nearby. A small charcoal grill is provided at no cost, but propane gas grills and other gear can be arranged for an extra cost. A pet fee of $150 applies for one small dog under 40 pounds, with any damages or extra cleaning charged accordingly.
