Pool and spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum, and arrangements must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A small 18-inch charcoal grill is provided free upon request, but it must be requested before arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. For a propane gas grill or other vacation gear, please contact the host. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee per animal. The house accommodates two cars in the driveway, with overflow parking 250 feet down the road. Parking inside the garage is available for up to two cars, and no street parking is allowed.
