The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining area seats six, making it ideal for family and friend conversations. The master bedroom upstairs features a king-size bed with high-end bedding and an en-suite bath, while the other bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a double bunk bed, each with a flat-screen TV.
For an additional charge, guests can enjoy pool heating at $50.00 per day, which must be purchased for the total length of the stay and requested at least seven days prior to check-in. The resort also offers volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts for an extra fee.

Parties and events are not permitted. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of $400.00 minimum.
