The first floor features a bedroom with a king bed, a living area with a web-based Smart TV, a kitchenette, and a pull-out sofa with a queen bed. The second floor boasts a full kitchen, dining area for up to 12 guests, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The third floor includes three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and beautiful views of the ocean and coastal lake. The bunkroom contains two sets of bunk beds, a West-facing bedroom with a queen bed, and a junior-primary bedroom with a king bed.
Parking is available in the garage, which can accommodate one vehicle, and the driveway can fit two additional vehicles. The community pool is shared by only ten other homes and is available from dawn to dusk. Beach toys, chairs, and a buggy are provided for your convenience, and a natural gas Weber grill is available for private use.
Situated in a high-rise free, residential neighborhood, "Riviera Sunrise" is centrally located between Pier Park and Rosemary Beach (30A). The house is close to water activities, eco-tourism, sports, and fun, with easy access to local attractions such as Carillon Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Pier Park. Publix and Wynn-Dixie grocery stores are just a short drive away, and the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is only 17 miles from the house.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is part of an association that shares the pool and common areas. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 07:00 am. This is a pet-free home, and no smoking or parties are allowed. The individual who reserves must be at least 25 years of age and a guest during the stay, with proof of age required. A list of names and ages of other guests in your party is also required.
