327 East 34th Street Apartamentos

Lived here many yrs. Apt. Faces back so no noise, no sun either so thats a choice u must make.Many recent grads and young prof sharing rent..all neighbors nice, considerate..super is great guy and wonderful family keeps building safe. Neighborhood is safe all hours day and nite. 34th st 1st and 2nd is very active area.near nyu lotsa people, traffic, doggies everywhere..st vartan park 35st around corner..the only danger here are the cars rushing to turn corners-stay alert..They don't see u!
Apts... are duplex and triplex ..that's 2 and 3 floors each..some have fireplaces, lofts.each FL sep by 7 steps or so.good closet space.some have 2 full bath..elevator breaks often..you will have much excersize on steps..all in all..great pace to live awhile..get to enjoy the city in a safe residential area close to all subways,buses,parks,bars/rest and churches..have fun! Stay safe

It is an older building, but kept in good condition. It has 6 floors, an elevator, and laundry in the basement. My actual studio is spacious for the price I pay. There are two levels and a loft for sleeping or storage. 34th street can be noisy at times(my apt is street facing on the 2nd floor) but you do adjust.
