Lincoln Lee Manor

I have lived at Lincoln Lee Manor for 2 years. This is clean, safe affordable living in downtown Johnstown.
The building is very secure with a warm inviting atmosphere.
The laundry is an issue, new machines need purchased. I do my laundry elsewhere.
Any problems I have encountered are taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.
The person who wrote the last review has made a personal matter a public forum to completely bash this , Clean,Safe and Affordable, place that many of us call home... .

2 washers leave soap on clothes and 2 leave clothes soaked and unwrung out. In my apartment, the vinyl next to bath peeled up, grout around sink has holes and leaks to down below, toilet paper and towel holders in bathroom came out of the wall on first use like they knew they were broken but stuck them in there just so they’d look attached when I looked at the apartment, windows have holes above them and leak when it rains, a chunk of plaster came out of my wall next to the window, my dishwasher... had a good bit of water sitting in the bottom when I moved in and I had to unclog it myself, oven was dirty, they said they have a professional clean the carpets when someone moved out but there were stains I removed after moving in, maintenance guy has a bad attitude and is very opinionated. My neighbor had it worse! Her garbage disposal stopped working so he offered to just take it out rather than fixing it. Everything that was broken, I told him within 2 weeks of living there and he said he’d fix it. Nope! Don’t live here! Lee mas

I waited for 50 minutes to look at the apartment. The landlord never showed. Very disappointed.
