Flatlands is a neighborhood in Southeast Brooklyn. Similar to many neighborhoods in New York, Flatlands is filled with restaurants, stores, grocers, delis, and other amenities. The neighborhood doesn’t have any direct access to subway stations, but locals walk just a few blocks away to stop in Midwood and Flatbush. Flatlands is convenient to several popular destinations including Brooklyn College, Marine Park, and the iconic Coney Island. The neighborhood has condos and high-rise and mid-rise apartments available for rent.
