LOOK ELSEWHERE!
2nd week, washer not functioning, tore my sheets and blouse, office only sent a maintenance man..he stood there staring at it! I had to call their contracted appliance repair company. He came out 3 times,bad part.
Water flowing out of ac vent,soaking bedroom carpet,took over 2 months to fix it.
Elevator not working on the 6th floor where I reside,had to call firemen to help me down, as I am unable to walk down any stairs.
Same elevator drops me 4 floors,no railings to grab onto,only holes... drilled, but no railings. Again Firemen came to get me out!
Water rushing down interior of kitchen wall, they say it is a drain. Very annoying.
Flooring on balcony floor stained with something they can't figure out what is, will not repair it.
Washer goes down again, their appliance company comes again, glitch with electrical issue.
Bugs rushing in when I open balcony door, no screening on balcony.
Their company for treatment is Massey..they come up and explain reason it may be happening but no treatment.
Their washer and dryer are the cheapest I have ever come across.
The area you are forced to walk your dog is very dangerous,no lights illuminated at night and not maintained at all.
And they will tell you that is where you may walk your fur baby, almost to make you to believe it belongs to them, it is owned by the complex behind this complex. Pot holes on the street exiting this area, are almost beginning to look more like sink holes!
The trash room where you are supposed to put any cardboard boxes, or extra trash in the chute is 100% grossly unkempt!
Many delivery people cannot get into the mail room so therefore it is left sitting outside!!
Think twice because of your first impression of the pretty lobby! Do not be fooled!
