The Aston at Uptown

I had the pleasure of living at The Aston at Uptown for nearly a year, and my experience there was nothing short of excellent.

One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being right in the heart of Uptown Altamonte means you’re truly in the middle of everything, within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and the scenic Cranes Roost area. It made day-to-day living incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

My two-bedroom apartment was surprisingly spacious and well-designed. There... was more than enough room to live comfortably, entertain guests, and still have a sense of privacy. The layout felt open and modern, with plenty of storage and natural light, which made it feel even larger.

The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch and always kept in great condition. The staff was consistently professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever anything was needed, which made a big difference during my time there.

I had a really great experience living at Ashton at Uptown. The staff there is truly top tier. They were always professional, friendly, and quick to help whenever I needed anything. Maintenance requests were handled fast, and the office staff always made you feel welcomed.

The apartment itself was top tier as well. It was clean, modern, and well maintained, which made it feel like home from the start. The amenities were also really good. I enjoyed having access to the gym, and the pool area was... always nice and relaxing. It felt like a space you could truly enjoy after a long day.

Another huge plus is the location. It is so convenient, right by the mall, and it makes shopping and grabbing food super easy. It is also very easy to hop on I-4, which made commuting simple and saved a lot of time.

2nd week, washer not functioning, tore my sheets and blouse, office only sent a maintenance man..he stood there staring at it! I had to call their contracted appliance repair company. He came out 3 times,bad part.
Water flowing out of ac vent,soaking bedroom carpet,took over 2 months to fix it.
Elevator not working on the 6th floor where I reside,had to call firemen to help me down, as I am unable to walk down any stairs.
Same elevator drops me 4 floors,no railings to grab onto,only holes... drilled, but no railings. Again Firemen came to get me out!
Water rushing down interior of kitchen wall, they say it is a drain. Very annoying.
Flooring on balcony floor stained with something they can't figure out what is, will not repair it.
Washer goes down again, their appliance company comes again, glitch with electrical issue.
Bugs rushing in when I open balcony door, no screening on balcony.
Their company for treatment is Massey..they come up and explain reason it may be happening but no treatment.
Their washer and dryer are the cheapest I have ever come across.
The area you are forced to walk your dog is very dangerous,no lights illuminated at night and not maintained at all.
And they will tell you that is where you may walk your fur baby, almost to make you to believe it belongs to them, it is owned by the complex behind this complex. Pot holes on the street exiting this area, are almost beginning to look more like sink holes!
The trash room where you are supposed to put any cardboard boxes, or extra trash in the chute is 100% grossly unkempt!
Many delivery people cannot get into the mail room so therefore it is left sitting outside!!
Think twice because of your first impression of the pretty lobby! Do not be fooled!
