Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property unless accompanied by someone over 25. Vehicles must be parked off the street, with a maximum of 3 cars allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and potential lock change fee. Children must be supervised around the pool, and diving is not permitted. Check-in begins after 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM EST. Attempted early check-in or late check-out will be billed a full day's rate. The pool heating may not reach the set temperature in colder months, as it typically does not heat more than 20 degrees above the outside temperature. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children, especially around the pool. The responsible party must be present at all times. There is a maximum occupancy of 8 occupants. Guests are reminded to be good neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level. The property is a residential area, and excessive noise can disturb neighbors. Guests must leave at check-out time and not send cleaners away. No firearms or illegal drugs are permitted on the property. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises or near open doorways, lanais, or windows, with a $1,000 fine for any violation. Guests are responsible for providing toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, shampoos, and other consumables. Internet service and cable TV or streaming capabilities are provided as a convenience; no refunds will be given for outages. HVAC systems should not be set below 68 degrees. Pool heaters are available from November 15 to April 15 and are set at 80-85 degrees but not guaranteed to heat to that level on all days.
