A CONDO RUNS THROUGH IT

If by IT you mean a mall. Aventura, as a self sustained community offers numerous options for shopping, dining and lifestyle. The Venture, stands at the meeting of NE 29th and 188th Street. Split into the East and West the property and its residents are much more harmonious than the noted East v West of hiphop. With shared amenities (the gym is in the west) and shared parking, this property is cornered by Town Center Aventura, a shopping complex that includes several dining options and a... supermarket.

Our apartment is located on the south side of the property and faces the pool. Appliances include a mounted microwave and glass top electric stove. Ample pantry and cabinet space are welcome, though the cabinets are made from pressed wood. The bedroom (1BD)is large enough for a chest, dresser, standing mirror and a king size bed. There is also a walk in closet.

The staff is welcoming and the amenities standard but well maintained.

The Center of Aventura Cityt

The Venture has the most convenient location in Aventura, Florida.
Walk 3 minutes to Publix, Chiplote, restaurants, stores even Starbucks.
Drive 3 minutes to Aventura Mall
Drive 5 minutes to Sunny Isles beaches
Great amenities and services, the Venture offers convenience on a modern luxury environment with only 11 floors high.

Nice amenities but thin walls

The building staff is nice and helpful, the apartments are nice, the the walls are thin. I can hear my neighbors all the time. I feel like we live in the same apartment.
The pool is nice but wish it had a better view.

Venture Adventures in Aventura

The Venture West is a beautiful oasis from the hustle and bustle of Aventura and Miami life. There are two pools surrounded by beautiful landscaping of lush flora and fauna. The cabanas are excellent for relaxing with friends and family. Coming home from a long day and sitting out on the terrace is always a welcome treat. The community is very quiet and family oriented. Everyone who works there is accommodating and courteous. The convenience of having a shopping center next door, filled... with a variety of stores and restaurants is also a plus!
