Stay FAR Away
I lived here for two years. The ceiling leaks water from the roof, property management told me they “fixed” the roof. The ceiling started leaking again in no time and in more areas of the house. The water is shut off very often for repairs, the maintenance guy doesn’t know what he’s doing believe me, all the repairs he does are poorly done. There was one point I had no water for a week. The air conditioning freezes often and I have to turn it off to wait for the ice to melt, they refuse to fix... it, they always claim there is nothing wrong. The laundry facility is a joke, there are 2 washer/dryers for the entire building and one always seems to be out of service. None of my neighbors were happy there either, people moved in and out all the time.
