I've lived at Lake View Villas for three years and it's been a great experience. The community is quiet, well maintained, and security is strong, which gives real peace of mind. Staff members Dewi and Mariela have been outstanding — always helpful and easy to work with. Lease renewal was simple with no hassle. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-run, comfortable place to live.

Are you serious? The community gate does not work. The grass is never cut, and there is garbage everywhere. The walls are very thin. No security guard and it is a crime-rated area. This is not a well-kept community. They take forever to fix things. Roaches are everywhere. They have the nerve to charge that much rent. The resident's doors barely close. Trust me, you're better off living in the projects.
