Reflections of Boca Del Mar

Very bad experience in my 8 months of living here. Management simply does not care about the residents and have given me a really hard time about simple things.

I would recommend to look elsewhere if you want to rent and not have consistent headaches from the management.

This community truly has everything you could want in a place to call home. Impeccably maintained grounds, scenic lakes, and clean, walkable sidewalks and roads create a peaceful and inviting environment. There's always plenty of parking, and the wide range of amenities means there's never a dull moment.

The 2-bedroom Bimini townhome is impressively spacious. I love having a private balcony right off my upstairs bedroom and the added convenience of two storage rooms. You just don’t find townhomes like this at such an affordable price anywhere else would cost a fortune.

I moved out a month ago, and they were continuously giving me the run around about my deposit. After weeks of calling, the finally told me yesterday that they sent my deposit to the wrong address over 2 weeks ago and if I still haven’t received it that it would be a charge to reprint my check. This place takes forever to complete work orders. I had to repeatedly make a work order for my daughter bathroom due to a red substance that continued to come out of her faucet and stain her bath tub. this is the absolute place I have ever lived. Moved in and within a month every appliance besides my fridge needed some level of replacing or fixing. The AC unit was so old my electric bill was $200 a month before they fixed it. The leasing office also did not even have a key to get into my placed to fix anything and instead of admitting it they simply put off the repairs. When I asked to speak to the property manager they said that I was not permitted to. upon attempting to fix my AC they put... in a temp AC unit that generated mold that took over a month to have cleaned. Dealing with the leasing agents is an absolute nightmare. I moved out over 3 months ago and I still have not received my security deposit back and now they are trying to charge me money to issue me a check. If you like a quiet place full of trees and lakes with an excellent service almost the entire day Reflections of Boca is what you need. I'm so happy there. My apartment have only one bedroom and is in first floor, the bedroom is really big as the bathroom. Enough space to put your things and will always looks nice. Not pets are allowed but I have fishes so I'm fine with that. I hope I can moving to a 2 bedrooms apartment next year. This place is amazing. Also, Boca Raton is a beautiful city, and... almost everything is close to the apartments, the beach is only 10 minutes far. The pool inside the condo is always clean and with the pretty environment there you can feel yourself really comfortable. Until now I don't have any negative comment but if you are new in United States you will need a co-signer and a lot of papers, but it's possible because I did it, in any other case you will be fine.
