While there is no direct sunset view, the screened balcony is a wonderful spot to enjoy the open sky, gentle breezes, and tranquil surroundings. An elevator is available in the building.
The condo is clean, comfortable, and set-up for easy vacation living. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival, including small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, these consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products are not provided. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, and noise is possible, but building access will not be affected.
