Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from January 15, 2026 through April. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, which may cause noise, but building access will not be affected. Some parking areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. This unit is self check-in and you will be given a door code for entry.
