Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025, through April 2026. Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays due to roof work. Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation, and some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected. No smoking is allowed at any time.
