Bonita Beach is located less than 4 miles from the main entrance of Spanish Wells off of Bonita Beach Road. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 25-minute drive from the home.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that they can repair or replace the damaged item. Pets are not allowed. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate, but the temperature can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment. This is a self-check-in property, and you will receive the codes to check in once full payment and HOA approval have been received.
