Welcome to this seasonal rental home in Marbella of the gated golfing community of Spanish Wells. Feel at home in this open-concept home, built for modern living and designed for enjoying both its lovely indoor and outdoor living spaces.
The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and informal and formal dining areas inside, as well as an outdoor dining set poolside. This single-family heated pool home has a formal dining area for six, as well as an informal dining set as an eat-in kitchen, and guests can also pull up a bar stool to the bar-height counter for additional space. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals on the lanai while sitting poolside in the covered and screened pool deck area and will have full use of the propane grill on the lanai. Additional living spaces include a well-appointed family room with comfy furnishings and a large wall-mounted TV. There is also a full-sized laundry room with a modern washer and dryer.
There is a private heated pool at the home, along with a neighborhood pool within walking distance of the home. Guests can access beach chairs, bikes, and pool toys through the garage.
Spanish Wells has a public golf course, and rates and tee times vary with the seasons. Please visit the Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club website for more information. Additionally, there are miles of private roads to walk on throughout Spanish Wells, and the community is within walking distance of the Sunshine Plaza that has Zorba's Greek and Mediterranean food, Smash Fitness Gym, The Stage Restaurant and Dinner Theater, and the new Bonita Beach Balloon Bar and Grill. Bonita Beach is located less than 4 miles from the main entrance of Spanish Wells off of Bonita Beach Road. You won't be able to find a better location that includes such privacy and a wonderful community than Marbella of Spanish Wells. The Fort Myers International Airport is a quick 25-minute drive from the home.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace the damaged item. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in, along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. This is a self-check-in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received. The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. The owner of the home parks a car in the garage, so guests will have to use the driveway to park. This home does not have any membership for any of the on-site amenities.
