Pets are welcome with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Propane is provided by the guests for the propane grills. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay, but it cannot be guaranteed that the tank will be full upon arrival.

In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but it is recommended to pack sunscreen and bug spray. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. A late check-out may result in a fee of up to $300. If guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, the partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines.
