Horrible Management
I lived in apartment 532 for a year, during which I consistently experienced disturbances from the resident above. Between 1:00 and 3:00 am, I could hear her stomping across the floor, dragging items, and even hammering. Despite sending around six emails, I contacted the police, but they cannot assist with noise issues because apartments are private property. The property manager, Angie, failed to take effective action; she merely stood in my living room, listened to the loud drilling from above... , and appeared clueless about how to handle the situation. I believe she may be a friend of a friend. The walls are very thin, and noise from the nearby pool easily carries into the apartment. Although it is supposed to close at night, people frequently stay there past 10:00pm, playing loud music. The fire alarm goes off regularly, sometimes in the middle of the night. Additionally, the gates have been broken since the second month I moved in. On the positive side, the location is conveniently close to I-95, several restaurants, and just across the street from the mall.
