The living room includes a full-sized pull-out sofa and a Smart TV. A dining space with a large table and a washer/dryer closet are also on this floor. The second floor has Bedroom 2 with a king bed and Bedroom 3 with two twin beds. A second living room with a full-sized pull-out sofa, a second eating space, and Smart TVs for streaming are also on this floor. Enjoy the sunset from the second-floor balcony with additional eating space. Downstairs, you'll find lounge chairs and eating space, as well as a heated pool.
Beach gear, including a wagon, chairs, and umbrella, along with beach towels, are provided. A private pool and a covered patio with a large eating area are available for your enjoyment. Pets are allowed with an additional $75 pet fee per pet, and dogs are permitted under certain conditions, with all animals requiring disclosure and approval prior to arrival. Cats are not accepted. There is a weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. Guests are fully responsible for their pets and must clean up after them in the yard to avoid additional cleaning fees. No more than 8 occupants are allowed. Pool rules include no lifeguard on duty, children must be supervised by an adult, no diving, running, or rough play around the pool area, no glass containers near the pool, and no swimming during thunderstorms or inclement weather.
