This home features two living rooms, each with a sleeper sofa and TV. The upstairs has an additional eating area and access to the balcony. Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, a hair dryer, and essentials. The full kitchen has a breakfast bar and is well stocked with dishes and cookware, a dishwasher, a drip coffee machine and Keurig, a blender, and a toaster. Other amenities include a private heated pool, a covered patio with a large eating area, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill. Beach gear, including a wagon, chairs, and an umbrella, and beach towels are provided.
Parking is available for up to three cars. This property allows pets with an additional $25 per day pet fee. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions, and all animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Cats are not accepted. There is a weight limit of 50lbs max total for one or two dogs combined. You are fully responsible for your pet and must clean up after them in the yard or face an additional cleaning fee.
