All four bathrooms have walk-in showers, and there is an additional bonus bathroom located downstairs by the pool off the laundry room. Beach gear and beach towels are provided.
Enjoy endless entertainment with a private heated pool with spa, a putting green, a ping pong table, an outdoor bar, and cornhole. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. Parking is located behind the house and can fit up to 5 vehicles.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests must leave at check-out time, and cleaners should not be sent away. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles, and parking in the front of the house is not permitted. No more than 12 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible lock change fee. Children must be supervised around the pool and spa area, and no diving is allowed. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book, and if under 25, must be accompanied by someone over 25. Excessive and unreasonable noise is prohibited to respect neighbors. Pools will not typically heat higher than 20 degrees above the outside temperature, so in colder months, it may not reach the 85 degrees it is set at. Check-in begins after 4:00 PM EST, and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST. No early check-in or late check-outs are permitted, and attempted early check-in or late check-outs will be billed a full day's rate. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. Guests are responsible for their and their children's safety, especially around the pool. Children should never be left unattended. All homes are limited to a maximum of one vehicle inclusive of any visiting guests during your stay. Pool use is discontinued during quiet hours. Infractions of policies are subject to immediate cancellation of the privilege to remain in the home. Guests accept these terms by making a reservation. A credit card must be on file to cover any incidentals and negligent damages. Wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the license agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. HVAC systems should not have thermostat settings below 68 degrees. Pool heaters are available from November 15 to April 15 and are set at 80-85 degrees but not guaranteed to heat to that level on all days.
