Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, nightstands and lamps, a closet, and a mirror. Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, nightstands and lamps, and a mirror. Bedroom 4 has two full over full bunk beds, a smart TV, nightstands and lamps, arcade machines, a pool table, children's books and toys, and a seating area with a chess set. There is an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay. The heated pool fee is $100 per night and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Street parking is not allowed. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Due to manufacturer limitations, pool heaters are not efficient when outdoor temperatures drop below 55°F. During colder weather, the heater may run but the pool may not reach the desired temperature, and heating cannot be guaranteed. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.
