At checkout, set the thermostat to 75°F, turn off lights, secure doors and windows, and start the dishwasher. If a laundry load is requested, wash towels only. The home has four bedrooms. Both driveway and street parking are permitted. Guests may access the garage, but guest cars must not be parked inside. Trash and recycling are collected on Wednesday; bins are in the garage. Put the bins at the curb the night before collection and on departure. During your stay, return them to their normal storage position after collection. Please leave pool controls and lights untouched. The BBQ uses gas. This property must be rented for a minimum of 7 nights.
