Unit: 1,000 sq ft, two queens, two full baths, fully renovated, luxury vinyl plank floors, smart locks, smart thermostat, smart TVs, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen with new appliances. Combination locks on each bedroom door for shared-stay privacy.

Community: Gated, security gate at all entrances/exits. Two assigned parking spots (one covered). Pool, clubhouse.

Location: 6 mi to Anna Maria Island, less than 1 mi to Cortez Rd, 3 mi to Blake Hospital and Manatee Memorial, 2 mi to IMG Academy, 9 mi to SRQ.
