No unregistered guests or parties are allowed. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is not permitted inside the property, but smoking outside the home and pool area is permitted, provided all butts are extinguished properly and discarded in trash bins; any smoking trash/butts left out will be fined. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Basic pickup is required before departure, including doing the dishes and taking garbage outside. Check-in and check-out are on time, with alternate times potentially available for a fee. The backyard is not fully fenced. The fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. Pool rules include no glass in the pool area, no food in the pool, no diving, no smoking, and entering at your own risk as there is no lifeguard. Both screen doors on the E/W sides of the lanai need to remain locked. The door from the house to the pool area has a keyed deadbolt to keep the pool area inaccessible without adult supervision. Pool towels are available. The pool is cleaned professionally every Thursday morning. String lights can be plugged in when guests would like to use them. Pre-approval is required for all pets, including service animals. Pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains. Be considerate of neighbors and control barking, especially between 10 pm and 8 am. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pet.
