Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Remove shoes within the home. Basic pickup is required before departure, including doing the dishes and taking garbage outside. Check-in and check-out must be on time; alternate times may be available for a fee. The backyard is not fully fenced. The fireplace is decorative only and cannot be used. In some cases, identity verification may be requested through a third-party screening partner. Pool rules include no glass in the pool area, no food in the pool, no diving, no smoking, and entering at your own risk. Both screen doors on the E/W sides of the lanai need to remain locked. The door from the house to the pool area has a keyed deadbolt to keep the pool area inaccessible without adult supervision. Pet policy requires pre-approval for all pets, including service animals. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on bedding or furniture unless a sheet or blanket of your own is used to cover it. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the outside garbage only. Pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains.
