It's impossible to get anything fixed unless you constantly call them.

We've been here for a few years and have never been able to get the heater fixed, it's either on or it isn't, no temperature control.

There's people openly smoking pot in the parking lot, our car has been crashed into twice, robbed, towed multiple times in our spot!

Damages from milton still haven't been fixed and when they do fix things it sometimes breaks the same day....

If we could afford it we would move.

This place is terrible. Management of the property is not up to date. My vehicle got towed while in a visitor spot for no reason.

Our ceiling fell in within a month of moving in, tow company towed my car out of my designated spot, mold in my apartment, my Ac leaked into the apartment below us and their ceiling fell through, cops are constantly called here, and the trash is ALWAYS over flowing.

Wonderful community where neighbors are friendly and are helpful. Everyone knows the area! Excellent above and beyond laundry facility. New management is working hard to make this place even better. Excellent price for location and my apartment is huge and I have an included storage unit! I work from home, and the whole community is quiet 24/7. It is really peaceful. Also the community is clean, but people feel free here and content. Low turn over rate and I can see why.

My only negative is the... internet is through a private agency, but guess what? Management is already working on making that a better experience for me! Our family has lucked out with this gem! Read More
