Put in a application

I put in an application and paid the holding fee, it’s been about a month since I’ve heard any updates about the process. No one answers the phone or responds back to emails, if I knew it would take so much effort i wouldn’t have even tried giving it a chance

Have been trying for 2 weeks to try to speak to someone about renting and office is always locked and no one calls back if you leave a message...

Don’t bother looking into Oaks if Out of State

Just called and spoke to a leasing consultant and was told there’s no online application and you can only apply by coming into their leasing office. Why this would even be a policy is mindboggling. Wouldn’t recommend looking into this place if you’re not from the area.

Don't bother calling!

I called the number provided on this listing within stated business hours and didn't get an answer left a message and it's been several days and my call hasn't got returned it seems like they want to play games, very unprofessional of a property management company it goes to show how they do business.
