terrible place to live,full of roaches, months with ac issues and nasty filthy hallways and stairs wont recommend this place to no one....

Im still a tenant of freedom gardens the rent office staff is never at work or available the stairwell and walk ways are never cleaned if an emergency in apartment they dont respond to your request for weeks at a time. The water pressure is very low. An lord forbid u get sick or have a family emergency or unexpected occurrence they will not work with you at ALL. They only take online payment but the website is ALWAYS BROKE OR DOWN. Making it almost impossible to pay rent on time. I was late… half a day because no fault of my own the site was down an could not post my payments so i brought in money order to pay an the office staff said i would need to pay 125 dollar late fee my very first month living here. Lived here for less than a year before leaving before our lease was up. They have been committing fraud by stealing and cashing rent checks and mail. Our water was freezing cold for months with no attempt to fix it. The water pressure was extremely low and when we had someone come look at the problem they found metal shards clogging our pipes and faucets/showers. The plumber that came to look at the pipes said there is no way to fix the problem permanently due to the pipes being buried… underneath the parking lot making it inaccessible. The maintenance man denied that this was metal IN FRONT of the plumber and myself while digging the metal shards out of the faucet. People need to know the water is being contaminated and nothing is being done to fix the problem. They also like to come into your apartment almost every week for "inspections" without proper notice.
