The Villas at Oakdale Hernando Apartments

We have been paying $200 dollars a month for electric because the ac unit runs constantly and the owners won’t replace it or have it serviced by adding Freon. They don’t want to give us a credit or help us pay part of the bill. You got people fighting with neibors in the middle of the night as well as people knocking on your door asking for drugs. We have been asking for over a year to have new hardware put on the cabinets because the current ones are broke and nothing has been done. I think... it’s tome to move if the owners are not going to fix these issues. The property manager is awesome but the rest of the staff that’s a different story. We pay our rent on time and it’s up to the owners to fix these issues and they are not willing to spend any money to replace and fix the apartment. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone in this current state or time till they are willing to make some changes. Read More
