DO NOT BUY OR RENT!!!!
You will be making the worst decision of your life.
Just 100 yards from the end of the runway 24 at Flagler County Airport. The single engine and twin-turbo prop planes have saturated the skies and everyday you'll hear unnerving noise from the same outdated planes. The pilots from Embry Riddle and Phoenix East Aviation and others fly around the airspace in circles, using the airport as a playground. The planes dump highly toxic soot and char and other aerosols which land... on everything.
The problem is exacerbated by the landscapers who blast everything in site, your vehicle, and even your kids.
Forget about growing plants, fruits, or veggies on your patio, they'll die within a month.
Forget about swimming in the pool area. Completely toxic.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems at Palm Pointe. Stay away. The rentals are poorly managed, and home owners pay upwards of $350 a month for absolutely nothing.
Be smart and don't subject your health to self-privileged, self-righteous pilots who get into their planes as early as 0638 and as late as 2230 hrs. You'll definitely regret it.
