Restaurants, Cocoa Beach pier a short walk or drive away. The space is fully stocked with everything you will need. Open concept living and modern coastal decor throughout. Each living space is large, airy and comfortable for your convenience and relaxation. All 3 beds (king, full, twin) have memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has large walk in closet with office space. The bunk bed can be disassembled to leave only the bottom full bed for tenants if requested. Three large flat screen smart TVs in each room. Ample storage throughout. Beach chairs, umbrella and cart included. ALL utilities included except electric. Heated pool, WiFi, parking.
