Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Smoking is only allowed outside by the pool area, provided that any smoking remnants are cleaned up. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $300 penalty for lost keys. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
