Cape at Savona Point

Not worth it. Neighbors are too close for comfort. Through the walls I heard peeing, kids screaming and running around, clear conversations, walking around, also felt the walking, snoring, shaking my entire apartment from doing the deed, the list goes on. Snorelax next door was the worst tho. This dude was so loud I FELT him snoring. That’s how thin the walls are. Was in a 1b and those share a wall with a 2b (rarely heard anything). The problem was the 3b since the “water pipes are between your... walls so you have no insulation” is what I was told by a previous manager. So it’s literally just drywall between. Didn’t like how I had to whisper in my own bedroom to have a private conversation or even talk. When ppl close their doors in the hallway yours will shake hard. Carpet in bedroom is very cheap and can feel the tack strips underneath. Kitchen cabinets are cheap but decent storage. Ice machine is unnecessarily loud. Dog poop everywhere. Dog parks are a giant soaking pee pad. Trash everywhere. Car has new dents in them. Trash company accuses ppl for their own problems. Gym & Pool area too small for how many ppl live there. Security gates have been kept open for months now. Don’t feel too safe at night here. Had 4 instances where ppl were trying to get into my apt in the middle of the night and the office did something about my first one then didn’t quite care the last 3. I absolutely love the inside apartment layout. The lake view is beautiful, and the grounds are kept and maintained well. So far, it's been quiet and clean. I have met a few tenants, and they too, have been very friendly. I appreciate what the front office is trying to implement, with scheduling activities, and events for the residents. The ladies in the front office are so personable and friendly. To date, my only negative would be the response time to maintenence issues, although, once you... meet the associates, they are professional and friendly. A recommendation would be a move in folder for renters informing them on what to expect and how to use certain apps. Information regarding setting up of cable, garage remotes, water service, etc. should be enclosed in such a folder. I recommend this place 100%, I have been living here for three months and I only have to say good things about this community, the girls from the office are super nice and especially Shelby who is super sweet and always ready to help in everything you need, the maintenance group is always on time and they make sure they have solved the problem before leaving and especially to mileidys always keeping all the community clean and beautiful and always available if you need something . very happy... with the community???? This place has such a great vibe. It feels like a resort. There is so much green space that you don't feel like your cramped in an "apartment complex" Plenty of green space for your pets. Fully gated and everything well lit with cameras so it feels very safe. Pool and Tiki hut are awesome and there is an outdoor TV. Fitness center has everything you could possible imagine. Awesome!

It looks like it's going to be absolutely a beautiful place to live! I'm so excited about my soon to be new home! This community has everything and more. The location in SouthWest Cape Coral is close to everything. Great neighborhood to ride bikes and take nice long walks and close to Cape Coral Pkwy and Veterans Pkwy. So if you work in Ft Myers it's an easy commute.
