We have lived here for almost 5 years now and love the area that we are in, it's quiet and they have done a lot of repairs since the last hurricane. The maintenance staff is punctual with any repairs that we need. Pricing is on average for what I see with other apartments in the area. We have only talked with the office staff a few times, but they have always been pleasant. I had surgery a few months ago and my husband went to the office, and they remembered and asked him how I was doing, I... thought that was such a kind gesture.

Excellent Apartment Community
I've lived here for about 15 years and have enjoyed the neighbors, the Office Staff, especially the Property Manager Karla and their maintenance crew tries to keep the grounds clean. It's so convenient for shopping, banking and the movie theater at Coralwood Mall. Yes, Coral Cove is a HAPPY PLACE and priced right.

Bad place to live
I have been living this place for 1 & half months, overall everything is ok but security systems are very bad, there is no cc camera, parking problems always. One night my son’s car was being broken by someone but we couldn’t find the person because of camera and even the people in the office didn’t help us at all. Things are breaking all the time, maintenance people are unavailable, usually don’t often.

I agree with “worst place to live”
I agree with reviewer: “worst place to live”.... I too lived there, for 4 years and the people who owned their units think they have more rights than the renters and we’re very rude and selfish and complained about everything! And office staff could care less!
