    I do NOT recommend Newport Colony

    I would never recommend living at the Newport Colony Apartments. I've been dealing with a serious issue in my apartment that has made it uninhabitable for weeks now. The ongoing problem has affected my health and reached the point where I could no longer safely or comfortably stay in my own apartment, forcing me to leave. It's incredibly frustrating to pay rent while being unable to live in the home you're paying for.

    What has been most disappointing is the lack of urgency, communication, and    … accountability from the property manager and leasing agents. Communication from their end is awful and they’re not being transparent either.

    I hope management takes resident concerns more seriously in the future. No one should have to go through weeks of unresolved issues that ultimately force them out of their home while still paying for rent.
