Delamarre at Celebration

While the property has many appealing features, our experience at Delamarre at Celebration was disappointing. The biggest challenge was the ongoing noise, including loud machinery, banging, and shouting over several months, which became disruptive enough that we had to contact the police multiple times and eventually transfer to another unit. Although we reported these concerns repeatedly, we often felt our concerns were not fully addressed, and communication from management was limited. I would strongly caution anyone considering Delamarre at Celebration if peace and quiet are important to you. Noise was a major and ongoing issue during our time there, with frequent disturbances throughout the day that made it difficult to feel comfortable in our home. We repeatedly brought these concerns to the office, but it was very difficult to get help or meaningful follow-up, and the issue never truly improved. I’ve been in Delamarre for three years. I love the place location, my apartment but I have to say that it has not been what it eas at the beginning. The common areas are in poor conditions. There is no security, emails aren’t answered and there are no consequences to tenants who destroy property. Im very disappointed

It has been a pleasure to live here at delemarre at celebration. A great condo in the heart of celebration. Great apartments with great amenities.
