Delamarre at Celebration

I have been a resident for nearly four years. The first two years were wonderful, the building was new, well maintained, and residents were respectful. By year three, the atmosphere changed. Common areas became worn and poorly maintained, and there were frequent issues with children riding bikes in hallways and parking areas, along with constant loud noise. After 10 p.m., unfamiliar individuals often roam the parking lot in groups, speaking loudly while cars aggressively rev their engines. It... feels disruptive and, at times, unsafe. I have reported these concerns multiple times to the leasing office with no meaningful resolution. Now, ongoing hotel construction brings nonstop dust, drilling, and heavy equipment noise, making it impossible to relax at home. For the price charged, this no longer reflects luxury living. Great place to live. So many amenities. Entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is top notch. They keep the grounds clean and tidy. Very dog friendly property.

It has been very awesome to live here at Delamarre at Celebration. Very good apartment and excellent localization in the heart of Celebration.

Everyone is so friendly, not noisy at all. The area is just beautiful and greatly enjoy my morning runs around the area. The apartment I chose is the perfect size for me and moving Isom was a breeze!

Still very disappointed that the car wash has sill not been fixed. It’s supposed to be one of the perks that we pay for (and you still have to pay for the service) so I would think that fixing it would be a priority, and set up a system to prevent further vandalism
