Great experience In our second year of residency we are still impressed and pleased with the quality of the life style provided. The property is well maintained and the staff are competent, capable and friendly. Would and do recommend this facility to others.

The maintenance team are the best thing I have seen here, but the management team is the worst ever thing that I have experienced

We have lived here for two years and absolutely love it!! Great amenities, events, staff, and neighbors!! Such a great location in Celebration and close to Disney!!

Have been a model tennet for 2 years ( think we only paid late once because of a mess up on a bank draft not going thru and it was fixed within 12 hours) and a few weeks b4 our lease renewal would be sent out the office staff left at our front door a non renewal statement, and they waited until 5:40pm on a Friday to put that notice on our door when myself and my roommate were home at the time and the office staff did not attempt to knock or ring the door bell to notify us in person. And when I... called the office at 5:50pm I was told the property manager had already left for the day and they are the only person that can give us a reason as to why and to reverse this and was told I could leave my name and number and the property manager might get back to me within the end of next week because they r very busy right now. We moved here originally after losing our apartment in another community due to Hurricane Ian. We definitely plan on staying. We love living in a community that has 27 miles of walking trails and there's a trailhead at both ends of Evander Square. Anytime we put in a service request for maintenance, they were here in a day or two (and that's for non-emergency).
