We love it here, it's clean, people are nice, doggy parks are big and clean. Pool area is really nice. The only complain I have is the slamming doors of my neighbor that makes my dog bark, other then that. We love it in this beautiful community.

The comfiest and coziest place i have ever lived. I love the greenery and the fact that it has everything so close to the apartment. I like the people around and we barely hear the neighbors.

The Legends is a great choice to make your home. Solid apartments, good maintenance team, great leasing office and location and scenery is fantastic. Only a short walk from the Champions Gate town center and with solid amenities to live well. I hope to make Legends my home for a good long time!

The person who thought to put hard floor in an old apartment clearly doesn't live here. You can hear literally everything all the time. People constantly smoking marijuana in there apartments which in return enters our apartment. Overall it is a decent community with decent staff members. There's always room for improvements, they do actually listen and take your concerns into consideration. Could be worse, could be better. I'm neutral on how I feel about this place
