Terrible please do not rent!
If I could give a rate of below zero I would, these are the worst landlords my family has ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They took over the property and is persistent with the removal of all tenants to raise the rent with minimal changes to the property. The landlords withheld the security deposit for no damage or items left on the property, very unprofessional. I highly do not recommend to rent or buy from the Dean and DeWitt company, worst possible human beings to deal with. May God… Bless these horrible people. Rats, roaches and horrible neighbors galore here. I beg of you not rent form the Dean and DeWitt company!
