Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed three. Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to three vehicles, and there is an additional spot available to the left in front of the wooden fenced area.
