This pet-friendly home welcomes your furry family members with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days). Ample driveway parking is available, with enough space to accommodate a boat or jet ski trailer. A limited supply of beach essentials, including beach towels, is provided. Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM. Noise monitoring devices are installed on the property. This is a strictly non-smoking property, with a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Guests will receive a unique access code for keyless entry prior to arrival. The pool is unheated, but the hot tub is heated. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients. A starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens is provided. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied and must be requested in advance. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
