A coffee station offers a complimentary coffee bar featuring a Keurig Duo (drip and single cup). Includes a full-size washer/dryer, iron, hairdryer, Pack 'n Play, and games.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per month.
Located in a peaceful, well-established residential neighborhood in Clearwater, this home offers convenient access to the area’s top attractions. Clearwater Beach is 12 minutes away, and Indian Rocks Beach is 18 minutes away. The Clearwater Marine Aquarium is 10 minutes away, and John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk is 20 minutes away. The Florida Botanical Gardens are just 5 miles away, and grocery stores, gas stations, and local restaurants are all just minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise monitoring devices are installed on the property. Smoking indoors, fireworks, and glass around the pool areas are prohibited, but there is a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of an indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. The pet fee is $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days). Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Upon booking, you will receive a link to a secure Guest Check-In Form that must be fully completed prior to check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Maintaining the temperature between 68-80°F. Setting the AC below 68°F may cause issues and incur additional technician fees.
