The large kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, a putting green, an outdoor bar with a minifridge, and a firepit.
Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. We allow one house-trained dog, with a pet fee applied and subject to a security deposit.
Boasting a prime location near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, this home offers easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities.
Self check-in and check-out are available. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so we do not refill supplies during your stay. Cameras are outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
